Check all exposed bolts, nuts, safety pins, etc., to ensure they are secure.

Check all exposed bolts, nuts, safety pins, etc., to ensure they are secure. Then, add lubricating oil or grease according to lubrication requirements. It is recommended to check the oil levels in the transmission, transfer case, and hydraulic system tanks. Also, inspect for any leaks and address them as necessary. Address any other faults that occur within the class. During maintenance, it is also important to pay attention to the items required for thorough maintenance.

Clean the dirt and mud off the chuck teeth surface and prevent slipping. Additionally, clean the inner surfaces of the brakes from oil, dirt, etc. Also, primarily address issues that occurred within the week. Thoroughly execute the projects required for class and weekly maintenance. When maintaining a water well drilling rig, it is also necessary to remove the chuck, clean the slips and slip seats.

Replace any damaged parts promptly. Clean the filters in the oil tank and replace any degraded or dirty hydraulic oil. Check the integrity of major components, and replace any damaged ones immediately; do not operate while injured. When maintaining a water well drilling rig, note that lubricating grease must be added every 8 hours of work, and check the oil levels of the oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil, as well as the tightness of the bolts. For the entire vehicle, especially the upper part of the drill pipe, the tightness of the bolts at the rod connection and wire rope connection. If unusual noise occurs during operation, stop the machine to check and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

Hydraulic oil should also be replaced regularly. Now you need to know that hydraulic oil is as important to the hydraulic system as blood is to the human body. Besides transmitting energy, the water well drilling rig also serves seven major functions: lubrication, hydraulic power, cooling, protection (anti-corrosion), sealing, cleaning, and vibration reduction. The reliability of the hydraulic system's operation depends to a certain extent on the performance of the hydraulic oil.

70% of drilling rig failures are caused by unclean hydraulic oil, so regular replacement of hydraulic oil can extend the life of the drilling rig. Of course, we also need to choose suitable drill bits based on construction geological conditions to save oil and protect the machine. When drilling is difficult, different drilling combinations can change the drilling method to increase drilling speed.
