Drill head: it uses a gear reducer mechanism, with a large central hole on its low-speed shaft.

The hydraulic oil pump is a twin-pump system: the high-displacement pump provides power to the drill head, while the low-displacement pump supplies power to the four outrigger cylinders, the mast raising/lowering cylinder, and the auxiliary/lifting pulley cylinder.

1. The hydraulic oil pump is a twin-pump system: the high-displacement pump provides power to the drill head, while the low-displacement pump supplies power to the four outrigger cylinders, the mast raising/lowering cylinder, and the auxiliary/lifting pulley cylinder.

2. Four outriggers: the small drilling equipment consists of hydraulic cylinders and fixed frames, which can adjust the level of the machine at the work site, providing support and stability for the machine.

3. Mast: it is a frame structure made by welding large steel pipes, I-beams, and angle irons. The inner grooves of the two side I-beams serve as tracks for the drill head's up-and-down movement, ensuring the verticality of the borehole. The raising and lowering of the drilling mast is accomplished by hydraulic cylinders.

4. Drill head: it uses a gear reducer mechanism, with a large central hole on its low-speed shaft. The upper end of the shaft can connect to the hose connector of the concrete injection equipment for concrete injection; the lower end connects to the drill rods and drill bits via a flange. The high-speed shaft is driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor.
