It offers the option to use four axes simultaneously or operate each axis separately, featuring a high-precision automatic detection and positioning system that integrates grinding and polishing into one process.

Mechanical principle: The device uses the principle of German water drilling equipment, utilizing manipulators for operation. Employees only need to insert the water drilling fixture into the manipulator, which will automatically complete a series of processing actions upon receiving an input command. During the fixture loading and unloading process, the machine does not need to idle, keeping the equipment always in operation, significantly improving production efficiency compared to traditional equipment.

High-precision CNC system: This system uses American microcomputer integrated module control circuits, providing various operating modes based on user needs.
